PowerEdge 2650 Bios Reset

Question

I have a green blinking power button flashing but the server does not power on. The server was in a server room where the A/C failed and the room overheated. My thoughts are to reset the bios setting via jumper pin on the motherboard due to the thermal shutdown in the bios. Does anyone know which jumper and position to reset the bios on the motherboard?
