Tv out issue on Inspiron 6400

Question

I flashed my bios to newest version (a12), but i still cannot make my tv out to work. there is no picture on my tv at all. when i press fn+f8 is says no external display is attached. And also, i cannot find any option to enable/disable it in bios aswell.

What graphics card do you have and how are you connecting it to your TV?

i have integrated graphic card intel 950gm. I connect it with my tv trough small cable which converts from notebook connection(which is s-video i believe) to RCA and than to my tv with RCA cable.
