In the systems tray, lower right side of the screen you may have the video cards icon, nVidia or ATI.  Right click it, locate Screen Rotation settings.  Change the settings.  This should do it for ya.
 
OR...
Right click your desktop, click on Properties >click on Settings next > click on Advanced > next box, click on your video card on top. Now find monitor rotate settings.
