If you bought the monitor in the U.S. from address XYZ, you must send it back to address XYZ. Once the monitor is at XYZ, we will issue an exchange to address XYZ. We will pickup the defective monitor from address XYZ and leave you a working monitor.
Why you can't you pickup from place where it was delivered ? WHy Dell hampers me life ? Best for me will be If I send it directly to dell. I don't wanna bother somebody in destination and source for 2407WFP not necesairy Message Edited by wizardking on 04-02-2007 03:17 PM

You need to send the monitor back to the U.S. purchase address and have someone at that address setup the exchange.
