JeffTheFuzz,

What port is the HD Cable Box connected to on the monitor? Have you tried the other monitor ports?

The HD Box is connected to the Component port.  I said earlier it had a pink hue, but now looking at it, I would say that more accurately I am only getting three colors: Blue, Red, and Green.  Help!  Thanks.

JeffTheFuzz,

Do you have a DVD player to try on the monitor components?

I only have a standard DVD player, not HD.

The colors are unfortunately still messed up when I plug in the DVD player.  What should I do?

PS  Thanks for all the help so far!

JeffTheFuzz,

I would try connecting the DVD player to the monitor components and see if the colors look ok. If they do look good from the DVD player, the issue is with the cable box.

* Go here and download and install softMCCS:
http://www.entechtaiwan.com/lib/softmccs.shtm
* Once installed, click Start- Programs- softMCCS- softMCCS
* Use the down arrow to choose the monitor (if you have more than one)
* Scroll down to Preset operations
* By Restore factory defaults, click the green Restore arrow
* The display will black out and then return
* Close the softMCCS box

* How does component look? If still no, get it replaced. They will need your order number and the monitor ppid number.

I think that did the trick.  Chris, you're a genius.  Thanks!
