Your router is a Super G router. Super G is a non-standard way of boosting speed and will only let other Super G wireless network adapters work at the higher speed. You wirless the Draft N card is another non-standard way of boosting speed that will only acheive the higher speed with a Draft-N router. Since you have dsl, I am sure your ISP has limeted your speed to less than 10 Mpbs, so it is is moot point anyway. You will never get a speed faster than your ISP allows. The only reason you would need higher speed is if you are frequently transferring large files across the local network.
