Dell really needs to get in shape about this. my battery life has decreased to absolute 0 and i've only had it about a year and a half. Its rediculous and unacceptable.
Yes, Dell is a wonderful brand when it comes to hardware dependability other than the battery. But I'm afraid I have to say that my next notebook will be a Mac. =) And yes, the battery part does have a LOT to do with that decision. No PC other than Dell is worth my money, but they've failed miserably at problem solving. I suppose they enjoy chasing away customers with scams. Good job living up to the competition, Dell.
