There are Certain LCD TV's that Can be connected directly to the computer without any graphic card , If you can check with the LCD's manual there might be a connection where in you can connect the VGA Cable ( the normal monitor cable ) as a Output / Input to the computer , the VGA Cable connects from the LCD to the Computer ( Where the monitor is currently Connected ) , but i am not sure what kind of computer or LCD TV that your are working with , Everyone will be glad to assist you more on this issue you could give me all the details about your system and LCD TV

Thanks for the reply.  I have a Del Inspiron E1505 with an S-Video port.  The Tv is a Samsung also with S-Video.  Any help would be appreciated.

Check this link , this has all the information about your computer ...
And you can connect the using the LCD TV to your computer and if your LCD TV has VGA Connection you can directly Connect the External Video port and press Fn + F8 Which will give display on your external TV
