2005FWP problem, need help on warranty!

Question

I bought my 2005fwp about a year ago back, it suddenly has some blurry column on the left side of the panel. I ran STFC (Self-Test Feature Check) and I still see that blurry plus some blacklight issue. How can I request for replace/exchange? and how long will I get the replacement? is it included the label shipping( shipping fee) for me to ship back my current LCD to Dell? Thanks,

I have the EXACT same problem with my monitor.... must be a general problem with this. But what about the warranty ?!?!

All,

If you only have an Order number associated with the monitor, you must call in, 1-800-624-9896.

They will need the following information -
Monitor 20 digit PPID number
Name, address, phone, email address
Order number

No. Email Service requires a service tag number.
