Just received my new 'power cord' and it works perfectly. Sad to say, you sent me a completely new 19 inch flat panel to go along with the power cord. Seemed to be a lot of overkill to me. I'm not complaining but it does seem to be less than cost effective to ship out a whole new monitor when just the power cord needed replacement. (When I took a hard look at it, it seemed that the molded plug end was not deep enough for the monitor's prongs to fully grab on to.)Now you have another 'used' monitor, not to mention the cost of shipping back and forth.
