Microsoft Outlook 2003

Question

Hi, I'm having a problem printing in Microsoft Outlook 2003.  When I go to print, the top half of the Email is not printing (the To, From and Subject lines) can anyone please tell me how to fix this.  Thanks!

I looked at my Outlook 2003 and didn't see any option for printing that would eliminate the header.

In the file menu, under print setup, you can change printing from tabular to memo style,  I am not sure what these do, but they do alter printing.  You can see what happens on a print preview.
