Dell E151FP Issues

Question

Hi. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a E151FP monitor off of eBay (Australia) for a good price. Anyway, I gave away the 19' CRT that it replaces. After sitting in the box for a couple of days, I connected the LCD up to the computer, and began having issues with it coming on, as described here: http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=dim_monitor&message.id=78089#M78089 Now, I looked on the back of the unit, and it was built back in June 2002. Strangely enough, the seller says that it was working fine before it was sent - but am wondering whether it was last used a week, a month, or a year ago. To his credit, he has offered to pay half of the repair costs. Now, I live in Australia, and was wondering whether anyone can advise the actual costs of getting it repaired, and where exactly to send it. BTW I did search for Ausssie based Dell forums before coming here, but no dice, so a am desperately seeking advice here.
