How to update Video Card Driver in D420?

Hi, I installed a 'virtual aquarium' in my D420. The instructions suggest updating the video card driver for best performance. Is this really a good idea? If so, where/how would I find the correct, most up to date driver for my video card? (Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset Family) Thanks! :)
