the times is on service menu.

hold "menu" + "+" buttons, and press "power button"

release all buttons and press "-"

but, the timer can be reseted, and i believe a firmware flash o update will reset it too.

This Time Used is when power is plugged into the monitor regardless of whether the monitor is On or Off.

Video On time (different from above)
* Turn the monitor off
* Press and hold Menu & Minus buttons and press the Power button
* Monitor powers on, let go of all three buttons
* Press the Minus button.

Thank you, I was trying to figure out why it was not working until you stated I needed to start with the monitor off.

Thanks to both of you..

All,

The Service Menu is meant for our Factory and not supported by Dell. Do not change ANY of the color Presets. Once changed and saved, you cannot get the originals back (unless you wrote them down).

Chris,
Thanks for the heads up on that. I had no intention of changing them and only view the times. But there will be others that would.
