This Time Used is when power is plugged into the monitor regardless of whether the monitor is On or Off.
Video On time (different from above)
* Turn the monitor off
* Press and hold Menu & Minus buttons and press the Power button
* Monitor powers on, let go of all three buttons
* Press the Minus button.
The Service Menu is meant for our Factory and not supported by Dell. Do not change ANY of the color Presets. Once changed and saved, you cannot get the originals back (unless you wrote them down).

hold "menu" + "+" buttons, and press "power button"
release all buttons and press "-"
but, the timer can be reseted, and i believe a firmware flash o update will reset it too.
