Sadly I know no more than you do, but I am about to buy the D800 and was considering the MX900 as my choice of BT Keyboard and Mouse. I currently have the MX700 for my desktop and if the BT Stack in the D800 works I will definitely be buying that too.
Any help that someone with this combination can add would be greatly appreciated!
Cannot install any of the software that comes with the mouse, but the only button that doesn't work any way is the one to 'switch programs' everything else worked fine out of the box.
Just make sure you have the latest drivers for the internal bluetooth card from the Dell website and you should be fine. I upgraded tham as a matter of course before even trying so don't know if it would work or not without but always better to have the latest versions.
Battery life about 2 days with a full charge using it maybe 5-6 hours a day.
