Thank you very much Chris. I was quite frustrated after getting off the phone with Norwegian tech support, where I was met with no understanding whatsoever of the problem. I really appreciate you looking into this and taking care of it for your customers.

I asked to speak to someone who was the most likely person to know anything about that specific monitor. Then I pointed him to the TFT Central summary of the issue [1] and explained it with my own words too. His only response what "ghosting is normal for 24 inch monitors, nothing we can do", as if he didn't realize that this issue is a lot more serious than the typical not-suited-for-FPS-ghosting.

He did tell me to get in touch with you and go though you for any refunds. If I can just get the ball rolling with some kind of official confirmation of the issue or a tracker-ID in you CRM-system, I can probably take it from there with Norwegian support. If you have an e-mail for a Norwegian representative that can assist me and know about the issue that would be perfect.

I had a HC that ghosted they tried to tell me the monitor could not be used in high resolution settings.  Saying I can use the native resloution is abusurd.
