Just uninstall the printer using the cd (if you used a cd) that you used when you installed it. Then download the driver from the site (It would be better if you'll save it to your computer, just in case) and install it to your computer. see if it works. if it doesn't, click the start button, go to "start search" and type "run". click on "run" and the run box will open. type in "services.msc". click ok or press enter. it will open the list for your services. check if you have a LEXBCE or something like that on your services. if you have one, theres a thread here at the forum on how to remove that. just follow the instructions there. if you have mcafee, norton, or any other firewall applications, check the firewall settings as well. they sometimes block the signal of the printer. if indeed the firewall is blocking it, just give it access and restart your computer.
