Use this link to download the current driver, which should be the correct language: http://ftp.us.dell.com/network/R171131.EXE
 
Uninstall the old software first from your Add/Remove Programs Control Panel, then install the new software.
 
Also, in the Control Panel, make sure that your Regional and Language Options are all set to the correct settings.
