I replaced my Inspiron 9300 battery as part of the DELL battery recall. Within ten months of use, the battery life has dropped to less than fifteen minutes. Has anyone heard if Dell will replace a defective battery a second time around? J

Dell will cover defective batteries sent through the Battery Recall program for one year from the date of the recall replacement. I would suggest contacting Dell Technical Support.
