Dell SE198WFP Flat Panel Monitor

Question

Probelms (2)   I. Screen has a bend toward middle effect, or like a dip toward the middle, not flat all the way across   2. Small text on pages in Black lettering are blur.   Have used the monitor menu to factory reset but it did not help Just got this system 531 Insiprion on Dec 11. Problem already. Had a Dim 4100 for 7 years, worked great.  Help. Thanks.
