Component Video and S/PDIF Digital Audio dongle for Inspiron 1720

Hi Do anyone know where I can buy a Component Video and S/PDIF Digital Audio dongle for Inspiron 1720? I foundt in the user manual that there should be a 7 pin s-video to Component/SPDIF available, but Dell sales can't tell me where to buy one.

This is the composit dongle, the one I'm looking for is the component dongle with 3 RCA output for component (HD) video and a S/PDIF output
