Question about USB ports

I have an Inspiron #6000 Laptop. I have installed a webcam and am having trouble with the person on the other end receiving my picture. all else is fine. Can someone tell me if I have 2.0 USB ports on my computer? I have spent the last two hours trying to find this out from Dell! Thank you. Little Boy Blue

yes the 6000 has usb2 capable ports. if you are using skype, make sure to check the box for 'automatically starting your video...' under options>video
