The 2407WFP is different from the SP2208WFP in almost everything. It is an UltraSharp model with about 100% NTSC color gamut, heigh adjustable stand, S-PVA panel and everything else that the UltraSharp monitors feature.
"I returned the Ultrasharp 2208WFP. It is a TN panel and it did not compare to the dozen or so Ultrasharps I have owned in the last 10 years." post is 3rd from the bottom, anyone want to dispute this posters comment :)
My comment "If it's anything like the SP2208WFP, it'll be Sweet" for a TN, I thought we all knew that :)

I looked at the Dell US site link you posted and put a 2408wfp 5 yrs warranty in my shopping cart:smileysurprised:
Then I looked at the site that said "Documentation" and sure enough it was a link to the manual for the 2408wfp. I clicked the link but it was just a plain generic manual page. I shut it down and:
I clicked back on your "Documentation" link and now the only thing that comes up is the generic manual page. They must have taken it down shortly after you posted it. Darn:smileymad:
Perhaps you can find it again because of your temp internet files (I cleared mine)? If you downloaded the ZIP could you put the spec in this thread or private massage me with the whole ZIP?
Thanks,
Robert

Oh man, I can't wait 'till it comes out. I've been torturing my eyes on an ancient 15" CRT @ 60Hz for the last 4 months waiting for a decent 24" monitor to come out like the 2407WFP. God, I hope it won't suffer from overdrive ghosting like the 2407WFP-HC did! I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Just emptied my browser cache and can still find it using the instructions above. I don't think Dell are hiding it. Heck I only found it in the first place because I searched for 2408wfp
Your right. I find it everywhere now and have downloaded the manual etc. It is only for sale in small business, not home/home office yet. All of the boards/forums have noticed and have specs and comments already. Thanks for the good find !!

When the 2408 comes out the price will tell us if Dell switched to a 24" TN or is still using a PVA. :)
Link to PVA vs. TN comparisons.
