The secret how Dell keep its customer coming back.

It is just that simple. I have been calling Dell support hotline, without answer for 3 hours now. The speaker phone on my table is playing the same line busy message. I don't know how much hours (or maybe days) I need to wait. But a normal customer will not be beside the phone for that long. So they will keep coming back for it. That is the secret. p.s. I'm in China calling 800-858-0950 as instructed by Dell web site, for 3 times on 10-Jan-2008 from 09:30 to 16:46, none connected, last time last 3 hours.

Well ,my experience with calling DELL was ok , they pickup the phone quickly , at least that is what i experienced .
