Ok, I ran the patch, a black Command Prompt screen came up then went away in half a second... I checked the version.txt and my computer wasn't in the computer list. It also said use that patch if Bluetooth was Disabled. I don't think i worded my question correctly.

My Bluetooth is ok, but i don't know if i can use it for audio (e.g. Bluetooth Headphones, Audio Gateway through phones) because i don't see the Bluetooth in my Audio Settings anymore.

Has your BT been disabled or turned off then?...Open control panel and then click on device manager, then click the (+) next to sound, video and game controllers and see what is in the list or if there is a yellow exclamation mark next to both of the BT items.
