PS.  I am a noob with computers.  Why would I want to run with 64? 

Please take no offense to this, not meant to cause you any.   But just downloading a file from your site and installing seems a little risky.  I notice this is your first post and not really sure who you are.  Maybe a little more information would help in your post as to who you are and what your download contains and where it came from.
