Can I upgrade my 7900 Gs ?

Hi!   It is not easy to find information about upgrading laptop graphic card on the net :P All I can find are the problems about changing a laptop card lol... but... it is possible to change a laptop card, yeah?   I have an Inspiron 9400 with a 7900 GS graphic card and i wanted to know wich better actual card my inspiron 9400 can support? ( x10 instead of x9, 512mb instead of 256) All prices, all levels ;)  I also read that it was kinda difficult to find these graphics card for laptop, is it true? There's no upgrade from that card, no. The 7950GTX from the XPS M1710 is socket compatible but requires metal modification to the chassis, plus the battery and power supply from the M1710.

There are no (and won't be any) DX10 cards for the 9400/E1705.
