Ok here is the best pic i manage to take... Look where the mouse is thats where the shadow is located.

Looks like an internal problem. Probably best to get it replaced.

Our company is having the same issue-Dell 2007WFP.  Ours have the mfg date of July 2007.  Go to this link and see if same image you are getting.

We purchased 20 at the same time and 9 have issues.  I finally completed all the documentation (serial numbers, etc.) and will be contacting Dell tomorrow.

Your link doesn't seem to work.

 

I want to see the pic if can re post it i'll be glad.

 

 

My monitor has that shaddow and only visible on light colors just as the gray i took the pic. But is not visible when the montior is turn on in the morning.. Its starts to apear after it starts heating up

Try it again.  At the top of the page it takes you to, it does say the link is invalid.  However, midway down it will display 'your recent uploads' and then under that '3 images on Mar. 13, 2008'.  Click on that and it should take you to the image page.

 

If that does not work, tell me how you got you pic into your message because I'm not having success at that.
