You will need to make a list of each hardware component for which you need drivers, and then visit the website of the manufacturer - video, audio, modem, touchpad, wireless, etc. Dell does not support 64-bit Vista on this system, so they will not have drivers.
I actually have Vista x64 installed on my Inspiron 1520. Most of the drivers can be found by searching the drivers download page. The only one that I had to get outside of Dell was the Nvidia driver and I got that from laptop2govideo.

As you can see, Dell provides many drivers for Vista x64 on Inspiron 1520. They just don't put the correct labels!!!

Hey thanks for spelling it out for newbie's. FYI. I just contacted Dell's support via live chat and was able to have them send me a reinstall disk of vista ultimate 64-bit and a drivers disc for the Inspirion 1520 for free. I currently have a Inspirion 1520 T7200 2.0 GHz, 800FSB and 2GB RAM + 256 MB Nvidia 8600M GT and Vista Ultimate 32 bit.

Be careful choosing the replacement - the other major vendors don't support Vista 64 on consumer systems either.
