i looked up some infos of the different setup of blinking lights, my combination states problem with the ram.

Verify that the AC adapter is working (LED on before the notebook end is plugged in). If it is not, replace it.
Reseat the RAM. Try again.
Still nothing? Try without the battery - if that works, replace the battery.
If still nothing, you've a bad mainboard.
