I've just used my travel remote and it works with the TV function in media centre. You will need to manually scroll to your channel though as the travel remote does not have numbers on it.
Thanks, but this not resolve my problem. Becouse i want to buy this laptop in shop and there's no possibility of additional configuration...anyway in Czech Dell pages there' s no Remote Control Package. So I'm asking if I could control TV by dell travel remote control (If somebody have experiencies with this). Becouse i want a slim (nano) express card which is completly inside of laptop and this cards has no own remote control (I didn't find a slim card with remote control )

You should receive a media centre remote control and IR receiver with the TV card (it would be written in small letters just under the TV card option.
On the Dell Australia website, this is what I see for one of the Dell XPS M1530 configurations:
