I really need help - not somebody who needs 10 posts to understand the title.
No offense - but i tried the official dell support, - but they do not have online support in Romania - no surprise there - our money is good for them anyway - if we have a problem than god be with us.
I am having the exact same issue. Did you ever get this resolved? Let me know if you want to compare notes or if there is anything I can do to help confirm we are reproducing the same results.
One piece of infomation: I had a known issue with the NVIDIA ethernet controller. It would be disabled after it woke from sleep. Other XPS-13 customers had the same issue. It requires a motherboard change. I am wondering if this is a design flaw on this laptop?
