2007FP: Green flickering horizontal lines on power up

Question

My relatively new 2007FP (bought last year) is starting to show some funky symptoms.   Every now and then, when I turn it on, it would suddenly have a whole bunch of flickering green lines travelling up and down the screen:       You can see it's really bad in the title bar area.    I've tried the standard troubleshooting methods:   - Switch DVI cables - Switch display ports (running dual monitor, other monitor does not exhibit this issue) - Swapped with another computer with different DVI cable   It's not consistent, but I've still had it happen after doing all that.   Anybody got any suggestions?
