I can only advise you to either reply to the email they sent you with the discount offers, letting them know the information isn't being recognised/accepted.
Or call the sales team - on the number provided on the website support page, and explain the problem to
them.
It was snail mail that I got the $25 offer. It didn't have any direct numbers on there, I can call them, the discount is supposed to be easy to get, don't know why the website didn't accept the address. Maybe cookies?
I may change settings and try again, the $75 offer is still on the table, you would thing I would be getting something on that pretty soon.
Would buy from Dell if the offers work, I need a WD Passport drive for my son.

I'd shop around for prices first Dave! Even with $25.00 off, I suspect it could still prove more expensive to buy an external drive from Dell?
Check/compare prices on Newegg for instance? 320GB models are available from just US $110 + S&H / US $120 delivered (bottom of 2nd page) ;)
