Same problem. My bluetooth worked fine for 2 reformats and now it won't show up in device manager or light up during BIOS

But Mine is on an m1330. When I reformatted I went straight to Vista SP1 but that shouldnt matter because it's not catching it in BIOS. I'm A12 but it didnt catch it since I updated from A07

Your computer recognizes it as an HID-compliant mouse probably...

If the solution below doesnt work, it's because I also somehow changed the drivers from HID-compliant mouse to HID-compliant device.

So if you don't want to reformat from the factory conditions hidden in the secret partition like Dell will recommend you to... or if you've deleted that partion:

1. Unzip the Driver package. I did this by running it, and then when it said activate Bluetooth device I hit cancel.

2. Go into the folder where it unzips for me it was C:\dell\R140135

3. Choose your OS Win 32-bit or 64-bit by picking the folder.

4. Run the Inst Application. The drivers are now on the computer. But there will be a part where you can't get past without turning on the bluetooth device. So hit the cancel and the installation will finish

5. But there was that part that didn't finish, right? Connecting addresses or something or other. I can't remember. Click on the bluetooth icon in the start bar (systray taskbar). It should connect the drivers all fine and dandy.
