So you get the Dell Logo on an external Monitor but not on the internal screen?
Does your keyboard still not work. Just make sure your connections are properly inserted if not may need to buy a screen aswell. If you can test another screen it might help.
I just found out that my keyboard was bad so i ordered a new one. On external display i can see everything and also can go through the windows. But to go through BIOs i have to punch in few keys...(Fn..something).

How did you test the motherboard? No Dell logo, no BIOs? Have you tested your keyboard on another Dell System?
Can you load up windows, to update the BIOs?

We tested the motherboard in same computer. And yes i didnt get any Dell logo (blue colored in the starting).
I dont think we have tested this keyboard on other machine but we have used other machines (same model or 1505) keyboard on 6400.
I worked on it and found that i can see stuff on external display but not on the 6400 LCD.

But i still have no picture on 6400 LCD..
