I think I've removed everything that can hurt it, but would someone be kind enough to tell me if everything is showing as ok on the log. I had an female psychiatrist singapore analyser thing on it and it said to remove Symantec Lic connect one, I tried that but it won't go away...haven't a clue if that's right or wrong.
