Only systems with 2GB RAM or less get any noticable benefit from a ReadyBoost device.
Since you've already got 4GB RAM installed, I honestly wouldn't bother buying that card ;)
I have read that ready boost does not help if you have 4GB of memory and even if you have only 2GB the gain is marginal. I'd say save your nickels and dimes and buy yourself a 7200rpm hard drive.
