This is your Download page for XPS M1730 Drivers
Just change the Operating System to Windows vista 64-bit
And download your driver

I know.
But there is only the driver for sigmatel and NOT Integrated Audigy Advanced MB !
I need the software which I had bought for 64 Bit ! I can find only the 32 Bit in the big Internet :D

Ok
Give it a try
Download sigmatel driver for xp

Sometime XP-DRIVERS for soundcard work in VISTA without a Problem

Sigmatel have nothing to do with the soundblaster Audigy Advanced MB ! I need the 64 Bit Audigy Advanced driver and no sigmatel driver. The XP driver are working well sometimes on Vista 32 Bit but not in Vista 64 Bit !!!

Is there anything similar that people have created that can be used insted of the soundblaster for the 64 bit Vista? I have the same problem with my M1530. I just want the audio panel back with the eax effects.

But why does it do that? Why is that the only way if it worked fine under Vista x32?
Thanks,
Marcos

The only way to get sound blaster advanced audigy MB with 64 bit is to purchase the X-Fi Xtreme expresscard audio for notebooks, here is the product and 64 bit driver, http://support.creative.com/Downloads/welcome.aspx .

On the creative page it says that the drivers are for Vista 32 and 64 bit. So you're saying that they put out wrong info? If that's the case thanks for clearing it up, I've been so confused and frustrated in this whole mess.

The creative website has the driver but they probably don't work on you either as they didn't work on my XPS M1530 Vista Ultimate 64-bit. I talked to a dell representative that told me the it was probably an incompatablity issue, then that I needed to get the upgrade, and then that Dell didn't have 64-bit drivers for the Sound Blaster Audigy Advanced MB
Thanks,
Marcos

Because there IS a 32 bit driver for advanced audigy MB,but not for 64 bit.

Basically yes,32 bit has the driver for just the sound blaster advanced audigy MB>Now if you select 64 bit, what will be showing is not the driver, just the Alchemy,MediaSource 5,and the CD Plug-in.There is NO driver listed.
If choosing to get the expresscard then yes you will have a 32 and 64 bit driver for it.I hope that makes since.
