I'm underwhelmed with the help received here. Dell is replacing the monitor because the OSD
cannot be accessed to solve the color accuracy problem. Unlocking the OSD did
not resolve the problem. I've spent nearly one hour on the phone on this issue. There was no way to use live chat because (ta-dah) there is no service tag number for a monitor. We'll see if the replacement works . . . . it would've be easier to go to a big box store for it. I've had good luck with previous Dell monitors, but this has been a bad experience. It didn't help that there was a problem with the serial number on the blasted Chinese tag. For once I really felt sorry for the Indian tech support guy. Way to go, Dell.
