You need:

The Dell notebook system software

The chipset driver

The audio driver.

Support.dell.com, enter service tag, downloads.

You should've received a 'Drivers & Utilities' CD at least?

If you didn't get one... nor the 'Resource' CD (mine was missing as well)... you should contact Dell, and request they be sent to you.

But As ejn63 has suggested above, your best to check the downloads section on the Dell website for updated drivers anyway.

**** Once you've downloaded all the drivers, copy them to external media - i.e. an external hard drive, pendrive, CD/DVD or whatever, so you've at least got drivers to get you up and running again when you next reformat ;)
