I have the same problem with my Dell 5110cn.  Postscript stopped working after installing SP3.

Tried the latest drivers with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Any resolution to this problem?  I have the same problem on one workstation.

Thanks.

I can't believe that Dell themselves do not have a resolution for this.  So if anyone comes up with one, let us know.  The only one I know of is to remove the SP3.

There are newer version of the drivers at the Dell support site.

Well, we needed to ask.

Let me send an email to the forum moderator to see if he can escalate this. Don't expect overnight results.

Per a buddy of mine at one of Dell's product testing labs.....

SP3 kills it. Here is how to fix it. I just did this and confirmed it works!

1. Download the A05 firmware (R202836) and driver file (R202753) from the file library site and extract them to folders on the hard disk.

2. Flash the printer to A05 firmware.

3. Delete the existing printer object for the PS driver for the 3110cn

4. Add a printer, creating a new IP port and selecting the new location of the 3110 drivers (A05). When prompted to keep or replace the existing driver, choose REPLACE.

5. Restart the system.

Let us know.....
