I tried a 34 to pcmcia and it would lock my computer up and cause it to reboot when i pulled it out. i have allready sent that card back. the other problem i was concerned with was since it is a 54 style slot is the 34 card has very little physical support when plugged in. Also i am running xp if it matters.
I have read about the xp problems so that could be a pain. I do not know about the physical support and I am guessing that 34 has a better future. New cards seem to be 34. I am sorry that I can not be more help.

Newegg has a good collection and a 34 card should work in a 54 slot (I do not have a 1510 however).
