dell inspiron 1525 - creative integrated webcam
bought a brand new dell 1525 - no webcam operation, does not show up in device manager, or control panel
driver reloaded and software reinstalled. - tried dell 32 diagnostics - nothing worked
Yes computer was shipped with webcam - any ideas, suggestions - please

Hello, just joined his forum and i see a lot of unanswer questions , i don't have an answer, but a suggestion and i know you probably have it fixed by now or have given up.
All Hardware will show in the device manager with the exception of Blue tooth, So if there is no device you have a hardware issue
1: Faulty Hard ware
1: Device cable not pluged in
3: in some cases turned of in the Bios.

It was only after I'd submitted it, that I realised the poster above had replied to a thread started over a year ago - which is absolutely pointless :emotion-43:
