There should be the more common monitor number somewhere on the backpanel of the monitor.  The number you have provided does not give any usable info about the common monitor name/number.

Thanks, I looked at the back of my monitor like 18 times and never found my model #.   I looked at it tonight and found it.  Was able to download and install the correct driver.

Thanks   Just posting here because eithe rDell wishes  to make posting as difficult and confusing as possible, or I'm not that bright.   How do I post a new messge in any forum without sending an info copy to the NY *** General? Really, for someone of my general experience, should not be this hard Since the NY *** already won his case, maybe Texqs might be interested.
