This seems to be a commond problem with the Dell's Bluetooth (BT) devices. I am currently working with Dell Resolution Team to try to solve this issue. If you are still having problems with your BT devices, please reply or contact me.

I have had same prooblem from day one.  No Dell fix despite multiple tries.  What works every time is turning off mouse power before closing computer or letting it go into sleep mode.  Not perfect but less frustrating than rebooting and reconnecting.

Has anyone received any solution to this. I have had multiple similar bluetooth problems with the 365 module and  plan to have one last call with them tomorrow and if no solution is provided or no reasonable action plan is defined the I will be returning my laptop for a refund and buying an alternative from a company that knows how to build laptops and that cares about responding to customers.
