I suggest that you post your question in the Virus forum.
I also suggest that whatever Virus protection that you use is no good, and you might think about getting Kaspersky. If you can't rid the system of the malware, you will need to reinstall your system. You can try using Dell restore if it installed on your system, or use the reinstallation disk for a clean install.

It appears as though there was a tag along on the video file... I agree with the above poster. Run Hijack this and post the sesults on the virus board.

This is my problem. I CAN'T run anything at all. My computer either freezes during start up (after a few icons have loaded on the task bar) or it'll start loading everything and connect me to the internet but then give me the BSOD and just shut down. When I put it on Safe Mode....it'll just shut down after approximately one minute
This could be a tricky situation. Some virus/malware infections can mimic hardware problems like you are experiencing. Also very rarely they can kill hardware. So be sure to run all the Dell diagnostics on the hardware.
Since you are unable to run in safemode or regular mode your "fixes" are limited.
First create a BartPE recovery bootable CD. On the site it tells how to add plugins like aniti virus and CD burner software etc.
Boot with the BartPE Cd you make and recover all data files you need.
Then I wold install a fresh copy of Xp or use Dell restore CD's if you have them. If you have a bad virus like you are describing then the registry is so corrupt that a virus cleaner cannot repair that.
Let me know if the clean install fixes it. If not then need to look at further hardware problems.
