Hi, I have the same problem with an M6400 in an E-Port normal replicator. Audio plays fine until I plug the speakers into the jack on the side of the port. Then the audio through the laptop speakers goes silent but nothing comes out of the docking jack. If I plug the speaker cable directly into the latop, I do get sound. This unit is running Vista Business. Any ideas? Thanks!
