RAID 0 to RAID 1 - will I lose my DSR partition?

I need some help! I want to convert from my factory RAID 0 to RAID 1 on my laptop. I realize this would cut my storage in half; that is fine. Laptop is an XPS M1730 I bought in January 2008, w/ 2 320GB Samsung HM320JI hard drives in Dell's original RAID 0 array setup. Included from Dell is the "Intel Matrix Storage Manager option ROM v7.0.2.1001 ICH8M-E" which supports RAID 0 and RAID 1 volumes, so that's great. However I don't want to lose the DSR (Dell System Restore) which is a Dell/Symantec program that reverts Windows XP to factory settings. Is there an easy way to do this conversion to RAID 1 while maintaining my DSR partition and any other secret Dell partitions which I may need in the future?

Thanks, GT

I have the exact same problem, same computer - want to go from RAID 0 to RAID 1 and if possible keep the DSR. Is there a DELL rep or someone who has been through this before to help answer this question? Thank you!
